About Us
Warhorse Training Co. (WTC) is a DBA and training division of Man O' War Defense Group.
We are Warhorse Training Co., a team of professionals forged in the fire of real operations, drawn from multiple branches of the military, federal agencies, and frontline departments. Our one relentless mission: deliver the highest level of tactical training and combat-proven proficiency to everyone who seeks it.
We train, advise, and assist law enforcement officers, military personnel, and civilians alike — meeting you exactly where you are on your path and pushing you toward unbreakable capability. Our courses, ranging from foundational firearms and defensive tactics to advanced CQB, tactical medicine, and high-stress decision-making, are taught by certified and field-tested instructors who have lived the fight and know what actually works when it matters most.
Our Story
Warhorse Training Co. was born from a simple, urgent truth: there's a constant lack of real, accessible training for civilians, military members, and law enforcement officers who need it most. What started as an internal training department quickly evolved into a full-force mission to reach out, give back, and make a tangible difference — one skilled, prepared individual at a time.
Frustrated by gatekept knowledge and watered-down programs, our founders — veterans of intense operations across branches, agencies, and departments — dedicated their lives to researching, training, and teaching what actually works in the chaos of real threats. We pour everything into forging a culture of excellence, where readiness isn't optional — it's the standard.

Peter Wright
Firearms Instructor | Marine Veteran
Wright is an accomplished instructor with nearly two decades of real-world experience in tactical operations and security. He built his career on a foundation of service as a U.S. Marine Infantryman, a federal law enforcement officer, and a security contractor, including multiple roles and combat deployments. Wright has gleaned skills and experience from multiple hostile environments and, as a multi-disciplinary instructor, has translated them into curricula for students of every level. He was a member of a federal agency's "red team," responsible for testing and challenging security protocols as an opposing force — giving him a valuable understanding of both sides of tactical engagements.
