Tactical Medicine Training in Texas
The training that saves a life before help arrives — bleeding control, care under fire, and trauma response for the people most likely to be first on scene.
A gunfight or an accident is not over when the shooting stops — it is over when the bleeding stops. Our Texas tactical medicine training gives civilians, officers, and military personnel the same life-saving interventions used in the field: tourniquet application, wound packing, airway management, and the decision framework to employ them when seconds matter.
No prior medical background is required for introductory bleeding-control blocks. TCCC-aligned courses build toward care under fire, tactical field care, and evacuation principles for those operating in higher-threat environments. You will practice every skill hands-on — not just watch a slideshow.

Tactical Medicine Training in Texas — FAQ
Do I need a medical background to take this course?
No. Introductory bleeding-control courses assume zero medical experience and teach the skills anyone can use to save a life. TCCC-aligned blocks build on those fundamentals for higher-threat operators. If you can use your hands, you can learn to stop life-threatening bleeding.
Will I receive a kit or certificate?
Course materials vary by session — some include training tourniquets and a certificate of completion, others are skills-only. Details are listed on each session before booking so you know exactly what is included.
Can you bring Stop the Bleed training to my workplace or church?
Yes. We deliver on-site Stop the Bleed and bleeding-control workshops for workplaces, churches, schools, and community groups across the Houston and Beaumont areas. Reach out with your group size and location for a custom quote.
What is the difference between Stop the Bleed and TCCC?
Stop the Bleed is a short, civilian-focused course teaching basic bleeding control anyone can use. TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) is a longer, more advanced curriculum for operators in higher-threat environments, covering care under fire, tactical field care, and evacuation. We offer both — start with Stop the Bleed if you are new to trauma care.
