When do memberships go live?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time and keep access through the end of your billing period.
Do member discounts stack with other promotions?

Member course and merchandise discounts apply to eligible, standard-priced sessions and gear. They do not stack with sale prices or promo codes, but they do apply to most regularly priced courses and products.
What is the difference between the Free tier and a paid membership?

The Free tier lets you create a training profile, browse courses, receive news, access public resources, and track registrations and certificates. Paid memberships add the digital training library, monthly challenges, member community, course and merch discounts, and — at the Pro and Elite levels — live instructor sessions, professional development content, and individual consultations.
Which tier is right for me?

The Free tier is the starting point for everyone. Core is for shooters who want the digital library, monthly challenges, and a discount on courses. Pro adds live instructor Q&A, instructor-led online sessions, and Contractor Academy content — it is our most popular tier for committed students. Elite adds premium mini-courses, individual consultations, first access to events, and a $100 annual private-training credit for professionals who want direct, ongoing access.
How does the $100 annual private-training credit work?

Elite members receive a $100 credit each year toward private training with Warhorse instructors. The credit is subject to eligibility and redemption terms, which will be published when enrollment opens.
